Shipping for US orders is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
- Subscription orders and orders over $150.00 ship for free!
- Orders under $100.00 ship for a flat rate of $5.95.
Orders typically arrive within 1-5 business days via USPS. Depending on your location, FedEx may be used as an alternative carrier. Please note that an additional 1-2 business days are needed for processing and handling before shipment.
- Subscription orders and orders over US$300 qualify for FREE Expedited Shipping.
- Orders under US$300 ship with a flat rate of US$20 for Standard Shipping.
Orders to Australia and New Zealand typically arrive within 3-8 business days via FedEx. Depending on your location, alternative carriers such as Aramex or Qxpress may be used. Please note that an additional 1-2 business days are needed for processing and handling before shipment.

The estimated delivery time for international shipments is 7-15 business days depending on the destination country.
We're adding new countries to our list all the time, so it's possible we might ship to you even if it's not in the list above! Add any item to your cart and go to the checkout page. If your country is in the "country" drop-down menu, we'll ship to you!
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email within 24 hours of the item being shipped.
Please keep in mind that during busy periods, such as public holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience!
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address.
We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Soaddicted Beauty is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange (US customers only), gift card or refund. This includes sale items.
- Items must be received in original condition - unopened and sealed.
- We don't offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to return your order within 30 days of receipt. As we care about everyone’s health and hygiene, the product(s) must be unused in sealed packaging and resalable condition. The cost of returning the order will have to be covered by you as customer.
How to make a return:
• Contact us first with your order number and reason for return
• You will receive return instructions
• Then ship the order back to us (keep a receipt of postage)
• Your return will be handled within 3 working days, once received.
• YAY! We process your refund back to the card or PayPal account used for payment
If you wish to make a return due to not being satisfied with the product or the results please contact us with your 100% money back query.
If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please accept our apologies in advance! Please provide details (including photos) within 48 hours of receiving your product. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly.
Please contact our customer care team at orders@soaddicted.com and include your order number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly. Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used.
